Welcome to Revisable (Hereinafter referred to as “Revisable” or “the Platform”), an online educational service provided by Revio Education Pvt. Ltd (Hereinafter also referred to as “the Company”). 

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Revisable, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, as well as any additional guidelines, policies, or rules applicable to specific features or services on the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Revio Education Pvt. Ltd.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Platform, and they must read and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

3. Description of Services

Revisable provides access to study materials, test series, and AI-powered features that assist users in their studies. The Platform also offers a rewards program where users can earn coupons and prizes ("Rewards") based on their performance and activities on the Platform.

4. User Account

4.1 Registration: To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information up-to-date.
 

4.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Study Materials and Test Series

5.1 Content: All study materials, test series, and other content available on the Platform are provided for educational purposes only. We strive to ensure the accuracy and quality of the content, but we do not guarantee that the content is error-free or up-to-date.

 

5.2 Usage Rights: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, modify, or reproduce the content without our prior written consent.
 

5.3 Prohibition of Copying or Piracy: The study materials, test series, and all other content on the Platform are the intellectual property of Revio Education Pvt. Ltd. and its licensors. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform. Any unauthorized use, including but not limited to copying, pirating, or distributing our content, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

6. AI Features

6.1 Overview: The Platform offers AI-powered features designed to assist users in their studies. These features may include personalized study plans, progress tracking, and more.
 

6.2 Limitations: While we strive to provide accurate and helpful AI-driven insights, the AI features are not a substitute for professional academic advice or instruction. We do not guarantee the accuracy or effectiveness of the AI features.

7. Rewards Program

7.1 Eligibility: The Rewards program is open to all registered users of the Platform. Rewards are earned based on specific activities or achievements as determined by the Company.
 

7.2 Non-Encashable: Rewards earned through the Platform have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any monetary equivalent.
 

7.3 No Guarantee: The availability of Rewards is not guaranteed. Rewards are offered on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue any Reward at any time without notice.
 

7.4 While Supplies Last: All Rewards are subject to stock availability. Once a Reward is out of stock, it may not be replenished, and the Company is under no obligation to provide an alternative Reward.
 

7.5 Reward Redemption: Users must follow the instructions provided on the Platform to redeem Rewards. The Company is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or expired Rewards.

8. Premium Subscription

8.1 Subscription Features: The Platform offers a premium subscription that provides users with access to additional features and content.
 

8.2 Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your premium subscription at any time. To cancel, you must follow the instructions provided on the Platform. Once cancelled, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your subscription will not be renewed, and you will lose access to the premium content and features.
 

8.3 Refunds: We offer a full refund if you cancel your subscription within 3 days of purchase—no questions asked. After 3 days, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, but the decision to grant a refund will be at the discretion of the Company. No refunds will be issued for any requests made after 30 days from the purchase date. Refunds apply only to subscription services, and one-time purchases or offers are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for any unused services.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or its servers.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform, accounts, or systems.

• Use the Platform to distribute any harmful or malicious content.

 

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights in the Platform, including but not limited to the design, text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by or licensed to Revio Education Pvt. Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written consent. Part of content, being factual in nature, is bound to be acquired from open public sources, but when combined with the other components of our offerings are protected under this clause.
 

10.2 User Content: By submitting any content (such as comments, feedback, or reviews) to the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the Platform.
 

11. User-Generated Content

 

11.1 The Platform may allow you to upload, submit, or share content (including comments, or discussions). By doing so, you grant Revisable a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content.

 

11.2 You are solely responsible for any content you submit or post on the Platform. The Company does not endorse or take responsibility for any user-generated content.

 

11.3 We reserve the right to remove or edit any user-generated content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed inappropriate.

 

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

 

The Platform and all content, services, and features provided through the Platform are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Revio Education Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any content, services, or features provided through the Platform.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revio Education Pvt. Ltd., its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

15. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

16. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease, and any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Delhi, India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in said location.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
